Readers' requests: no-carb broccoli casserole, the recipe
What did I tell you? Just ask for the recipe and I’ll develop that :) I am here presenting the next episode of the series “quick, easy and yummy no-carbs recipes”.
What surprises me is that this exercise is becoming easier than I thought. Thus, today a super fast no-carb broccoli casserole:
Broccoli casserole
(Doses for 4-6 persons)
450 g of broccoli
2 eggs
50 g of milk
75 g of cream
50 g of grated parmigiano cheese
Salt to taste
Boil the broccoli in salty water. Drain them. Blend them with the other ingredients and add some salt if needed. Pour the mixture into single-portions ceramic pots. If you are not following a no-carb diet, sprinkle the surface of the casseroles with some bread crumbs. Bake the casseroles in preheated oven at 180 C. Serve them lukewarm.
