Chocolate pudding: the recipe (with agar-agar :))

 
 

One more recipe with agar-agar…I will eventually stop ;)

*Idea: by replacing milk and cream with 500 g of soy milk, you obtain a vegan dessert.

Chocolate pudding

(Doses for 6 persons)

  • 300 g of milk

  • 200 g of fresh cream*

  • 150 g of dark chocolate*

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 1 g of agar-agar

  • 1-2 table spoons of water

  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract

Re-hydrate the agar in the water and set aside. Pour all the other ingredients in a pot, stir well and let the chocolate melt. Bring the mixture to boil and add the agar-agar. Stir for 2 minutes to well dissolve the agar. Pour the mixture in single-portion pots and let it jelly. Transfer into the fridge till the time to serve.
